Description
Inspired by the typical Cycladic architecture famous for its uniqueness and charm – white washed cubes built next to each other, and painted white to deflect the sun rays during the hot summer months - stands in a 600 m2 garden facing east.

Five beautifull villas with private patio and pergolas offering unobtrusive sea views form a small private village with traditional stairs and path ways.

The two-story house (66 sqm) has a terrace with an unobstructed view to the East. It consists of an open space with a kitchen, living room and dining table and a WC downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms which have built-in beds and open wardrobes and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

Guests have access to the studio through the common areas of the complex. You should know that the complex is located within Dyo Choria and has stairs for moving around it as well as within the village.

It is important to know that blu dot is located inside the village of Dyo Choria. There are two different access options to the property. The first is through the village where you can park on the main country road and then walk up to the property via a gentle ramp that leads to the square and about 100 more steps. The second option takes you directly to the entrance of the accommodation with your car via a dirt road (distance of about 500 meters) for which the use of a suitable vehicle is recommended. In any case, the point of the complex and the view will reward you.

The village of Dyo Chora is one of the most cosmopolitan village of the island. The view from several parts of the village and the blu dot accommodation is excellent. The village has taverns and cafes which operate during the Summer months.

Your movement within the settlement is only on foot as vehicle traffic in it is not allowed but it is not possible either. You can reach the accommodation in two ways. Either through the northern entrance of the village, which involves an uphill dirt road of about 500 meters, or through the southern entrance, which involves walking about 300 meters.
