The villa has a large terrace that provides you with an unobstructred seaview to Syros island. Entering the house, there is a dining table and through the internal staircase you have access to the rest of the floors (different levels) that include a large living room, a large and fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a king sized bed and the second bedroom includes two one sized bed. There are wardrobes in both bedrooms.

The pool of the accommodation is shared with the other two residences of the complex while there are rules that should be followed mainly regarding the hours of noise abatement and the safety of all visitors of the complex.

It is important for all of us to spend your holidays nicely and peacfully. All guests are requested to keep the noise down especially during the noise abatement hours throughout their stay in the complex and when using the pool.

The complex is located just outside the traditional village of "Mountados" in the island of Tinos and is located just 8 km from the city of Tinos (the "Chora"). The village is quite quiet all year round and access to it is very easy.

In a very short distance from the village there are other villages that have taverns and cafes with excellent food and sweets. I will be happy to share with you all the tips of the island.

The village is known for the Biennale of Contemporary Art, which is organized every year from the end of July to the end of August.
