The complex is divided into three fully independent houses. It has a large yard and garden with olive trees as well as a swimming pool in which the technology of hydrolysis is used - as the water is not chlorinated. The listing concerns the whole complex which means that the use of the pool is private. The residences that are included are the following:

Pigeon House (Villa)
The villa (maisonette) of the complex is 120sqm and consists of two floors. It has a dining area, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.

Pigeon House (Apartment)
The house is 50sqm and has an open plan kitchen and living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is ideal for use as a hostel during your stay.

Pigeon House (Nest)
The pigeon house of the complex is 25sqm and has an open plan kitchen and living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is a place of exceptional architecture and offers you the authentic Tinian experience of staying in one of the few preserved pigeons on the island.

All houses have large terraces while the complex also has parking space available for 3 vehicles.

We carefully follow all the health protocols required, taking into account the guidelines of the World Health Organization, the National Health Organization and AirBnB. Our goal is to ensure that all visitors are safe during their stay. The cleaning is carried out by specialized personnel, safety and hygiene measures are observed while we have ensured that there is enough time for the cleaning and adequate ventilation of the house between the reservations. During the cleaning, the house is ventilated, all surfaces and objects are thoroughly cleaned, while branded detergents are used to disinfect the house.

Guests of the property have access to all areas of the complex. In addition to the houses, there is a common laundry area where a washing machine and dryer are available. In the complex there is a specific storage area in which the equipment of the accommodation is kept and remains locked.

The pool is thoroughly cleaned once a day throughout your stay. There may be leaves in it due to the winds on the island and the garden of the complex. The pool is open from 15/4 to 30/10 every year and it is covered during the winter. Please let us know if case you want to use the pool outside that period of time.
