The villa consists of two levels. The entrance is on the upper level which has a very large living room and open plan kitchen with dining area. The view from the living room to the beach of Agios Fokas and Vrekastro is excellent. The upper level also has a bedroom (with a large double bed) and a bathroom. The lower floor also has a sitting area, a bedroom with a large double bed (master bedroom with its own bathroom) and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also another large bathroom.

Access to the pool is easy and direct. The pool has a meal preparation area as well as a bathroom.

All the internal spaces of the house have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.

Guests have access to all areas of the house except for a small storage area which is located inside the house. The house adjoins another house which is available for rent. You can contact us regarding the availability of the second house if you wish to accommodate more people.

The villa is located very close to Tinos Town and the beach of Agios Fokas. More generally, during your stay, it is recommended that you have some means of transport as the area is only served by taxi or transfer. The area does not have a mini market or restaurant that you could walk to but all are within a few kilometers (around 1,5-2km).
