Traditionally the island of Tinos is famous for its Pigeon Houses (dovecotes). You will enjoy your stay in a unique space and excellently maintained dovecote which due to its reinforced masonry remains cool during the Summer and warm during the Winter.

The space consists of an open plan a living room with a small kitchen as well as a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to prepare any of your meals during your stay. Please note that it is important to know that the bathroom of the apartment has a blind instead of a door as the stoned frame does not allow the installation of a door.

The house is located in an accommodation which has two more separate houses. The pool is shared and there is a car park for each house.

The guests of the villa have access to all the communal areas of the complex. In addition to the houses, there is a common laundry area where a washing machine and dryer are available. In the complex there is a specific storage area in which the equipment of the accommodation is kept and remains locked.

The pool of the accommodation is shared with the other two residences of the complex while there are rules that should be followed mainly regarding the hours of noise abatement and the safety of all visitors of the complex.

The listing includes just the rental of one apartment of the complex. The complex has two more independent houses and can be rented on the whole subject to availability.

It is important for all of us to spend your holidays nicely and peacfully. All guests are requested to keep the noise down especially during the noise abatement hours throughout their stay in the complex and when using the pool.

The complex is located just outside the traditional village of "Mountados" in the island of Tinos and is located just 8 km from the city of Tinos (the "Chora"). The village is quite quiet all year round and access to it is very easy.

In a very short distance from the village there are other villages that have taverns and cafes with excellent food and sweets. I will be happy to share with you all the tips of the island.

The village is known for the Biennale of Contemporary Art, which is organized every year from the end of July to the end of August.
