We carefully follow all the health protocols required, taking into account the guidelines of the World Health Organization, the National Health Organization and AirBnB. Our goal is to ensure that all visitors are safe during their stay. The cleaning is carried out by specialized personnel, safety and hygiene measures are observed while we have ensured that there is enough time for the cleaning and adequate ventilation of the house between the reservations. During the cleaning, the house is ventilated, all surfaces and objects are thoroughly cleaned, while branded detergents are used to disinfect the house.

On the elevated ground floor there is a large covered terrace, so you can enjoy it throughout the day, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a WC. On the first floor of the house there are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom and another terrace.

The living room has a large sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for the preparation and preparation of any of your meals. Features appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The bedrooms have a double bed each and large closets that you can use during your vacation.

Guests have access to all the areas of the house. The house has closets which remain locked and have the equipment of the property. The complex is fenced and access to it is through two shared entrances of the complex. It also has a communal swimming pool which is open all year round and the rules of the complex prohibit its use during quiet hours (from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00). Access to the sea is direct (just 150 meters with flat road).

The house does not have air conditioning but excellent quality ceiling fans. The use of air conditioners is not required on the island as it has enough air most days of the year while the house is cool throughout the day.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach and in a quiet complex with other houses. Very close to the house there is a tavern with excellent food while the beach that is very close has an organized beach bar and restaurant but also has an area where you can sit freely.

The area is served by the local bus network with frequent iteneraries (approximately every hour during the day) and is directly connected to the town of Tinos. During your stay, it is recommended that you have car as Tinos has many great places which you can explore without having such a developed bus network. You can ask me to recommend a car rental agency or a taxi which you can use during your stay. The road and access to the complex is quite easy.
