The residence consists of three levels. The main level (middle) has an open space that consists of the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. It also includes a WC and access to a large terrace with outdoor dining area. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the garden with another large outdoor dining table. On the upper floor of the residence there is also a large bathroom, a bedroom and a terrace with a magnificent view of the endless blue of the Aegean and the islands around Tinos (Mykonos, Delos, Rhenia, Syros, Paros & Naxos).

Air conditioning is available on the middle level of the residence as well as in the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedrooms do not have air conditioners as due to their orientation they stay cool during the summer and warmer during the Winter. The choice of the location and orientation of the residence is of key importance for the exploitation of the sun, throughout the day, as well as the frequent summer north winds that usually blow on the island so that the spaces remain cool at the same time. The middle floor terrace is also fully sheltered from the north winds.

Guests have access to all areas of the residence except for two rooms which remain locked and are used to service the property. These areas are not included in the description of the property.

Access to the residence is quite easy as your vehicle can drive right outside it. The residence is located very close to the parking lot of the village (only 150 meters), in a very nice cafe and also a small shop with excellent food.

The residence is located in the Triantaros village and very close to Tinos Town (10-15 minutes). Triantaros is one of the most cosmopolitan villages of the island, but the residence remains calm throughout the year. In the village you will also find two good taverns as well as a coffee shop which operates throughout the day and offers various food for sharing options.

Triantaros is located in a very central part of the island and is a pivotal point for exploring the entire island. It is suggested that you have a transportation vehicle during your stay for your best service. The village does not have a super market, but you will find many options in Tinos Town.
